Five States Removed From Travel Advisory, Guam Added

Five states have met the requirements to be removed from a travel advisory for entering Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.

Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Maryland and Montana have been removed. Guam, a U.S. territory, has been added, and travelers will have to quarantine for 14 days.

This brings the list to a total of 28 states and three territories:

New York will begin COVID-19 testing sites at Kennedy and LaGuardia airports.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo did not elaborate on the plans. He said only that he wants to test visitors more quickly. It's not yet clear who will be conducting the tests; who will be tested; how many will be tested; or how quickly results can be ready.
