Nassau County Police have charged an alleged MS-13 gang member with the murder of a member of a rival gang.

Christian Rodriguez faces second-degree murder charges in connection to the killing of Osmin Campos-Sandoval in June 2016.

Police discovered the body of Campos-Sandoval in the woods near Uniondale last year.

They said MS-13 gang members and Campos-Sandoval’s girlfriend Tobar Mejia lured him into the woods to smoke marijuana before he was killed. Mejia was arrested in February and also faces murder charges.

Rodriguez had been indicted in January for allegedly killing another man with a machete.
