New York’s mask mandate deemed unconstitutional

A state Supreme Court judge ruled that Governor Hochul’s indoor mask mandate is unconstitutional. 1,000 jobs could be coming to the Waterbury area in Connecticut, a redistricting deal is announced in Suffolk County, and former New York Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver has died.
