Mass transit in Connecticut will get a big investment

Mass transit in Connecticut will get some help to make a post-pandemic comeback. New Haven residents want more diversity on the city’s police force, cadets at Merchant Marine Academy sue over the school’s vaccine mandate, and essential workers waiting for hazard pay may have to wait a bit longer.

Sabrina is host and producer of WSHU’s daily podcast After All Things. She also produces the climate podcast Higher Ground and other long-form news and music programs at the station. Sabrina spent two years as a WSHU fellow, working as a reporter and assisting with production of The Full Story.
Bill began his radio journey on Long Island, followed by stops in Schenectady, Bridgeport, Boston and New York City. He’s glad to be back on the air in Fairfield County, where he has lived with his wife and two sons for more than 20 years.
