Seniors are considered high-risk for Coronavirus by the CDC.

A second Connecticut facility has been fined by the U.S. Department of Labor for failing to comply with COVID-19 related guidelines.

Leisure Care LLC operates The Liden at Woodbridge, a senior living community. The facility was penalized over $13,000 for violating three sections of OSHA guidelines.

Officials say the facility failed to implement a written respiratory protection program, failed to provide evaluations to determine employees ability to use a respirator, and failed to provide training to use a respirator.

Natchaug Hospital in Mansfield had previously been fined by the Department of Labor.
