Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont says the state will receive almost 1 million tests by the end of the year.

Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont says the state is set to receive tens of thousands of rapid Covid-19 tests.

Lamont made the announcement on Twitter after getting word from the White House on Monday afternoon.

He says the state will receive almost 1 million tests by the end of the year.

Lamont says the tests will help Connecticut remain a leader in Coronavirus tracking and monitoring nationwide.
