Travelers from Delaware, Maryland, Ohio and West Virginia will have to quarantine for 14 days entering Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands have been removed from the travel advisory.
This brings the list to a total of 34 states and one territory, Guam. They all have high rates of COVID-19 infections.
