Metro-North making safety improvements recommended by feds

Metro-North announced on Thursday that the railroad is making a series of safety reforms that had been recommended by the Federal Railroad Administration. The FRA made the recommendations following a number of recent accidents, including 2 derailments, one of them deadly.
