Conn. puts anti-poverty agency NEON on notice

A Fairfield County, Connecticut anti-poverty agency is in trouble. NEON, which stands for Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now, provides social services to people in need in the Norwalk and Stamford area. The state has put the agency on notice while internal turmoil threatens its programs.
