More people want out of Connecticut than in

The report shows fewer people have moved to Connecticut, than have left the state, for 31 consecutive years. New York’s AG says it’s time to make headway on nursing home reforms, more on a controversial bill in Connecticut involving how police treat overdose patients has passed, and recent bail reforms in New York have shed light on yet another issue within the system.
