The New York State Legislature included in its budget proposals a measure that would create a state committee that would explore restructuring the Long Island Power Authority. Connecticut looks to recruit more nurses, a settlement in the case of Sheff vs. O'Neill is in sight, and could we see a Cuomo comeback?
