Can housing in Connecticut be one-size-fits-all?

Connecticut residents are split on a new bill meant to combat housing segregation. There’s a new plan on the table to provide relief at the gas pump, Connecticut students will vote on how the state will spend COVID relief, and a little piece of Manhattan that found a new home in Connecticut.
