New England states gain new residents during the pandemic

The Northeast region gained at least 43,000 temporary households last year. Booster shots are readily available in Connecticut, a pandemic food assistance program could become permanent, and the proposal that has local farmers worried. 

Sabrina is host and producer of WSHU’s daily podcast After All Things. She also produces the climate podcast Higher Ground and other long-form news and music programs at the station. Sabrina spent two years as a WSHU fellow, working as a reporter and assisting with production of The Full Story.
Bill began his radio journey on Long Island, followed by stops in Schenectady, Bridgeport, Boston and New York City. He’s glad to be back on the air in Fairfield County, where he has lived with his wife and two sons for more than 20 years.
