Eversource will pay up after Isaias, but is it enough?

Eversource will pay a $103 million settlement to the state of Connecticut. Governor Hochul wants to improve government transparency, 34 Connecticut towns qualify for a new bond program, and Italian-Americans in New Haven aren’t too happy with the city right now.
