Connecticut is considering quarantine recommendations for Thanksgiving travelers.

Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont says he will soon issue guidance for out-of-state college students returning to the state for Thanksgiving.

Lamont says places like Wisconsin, Nevada and Utah have a 30 percent Covid-19 infection rate.

“I’m really worried about thousands of kids coming back from universities all over the country," Lamon says, "So I am working with my fellow governors to see if we can get some strict guidance out. Get that out to those universities.”

He says the guidance might require students to quarantine for two weeks before traveling and get tested when they arrive in Connecticut.
