Here’s the latest on the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak in the region:

The Chief Nursing Executive for Yale-New Haven Health has tested positive. She is self-isolated at home and continues to work.

New York now has two deaths due to the coronavirus. One is a 82-year-old woman from Brooklyn, the other a 64-year-old man from Rockland County. Both had underlying health conditions.

All weekend masses have been cancelled in the Archdiocese of New York. Churches will remain open for private prayer. There will be a “private” Sunday mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, that will be live-streamed.

Connecticut officials say there are at least 22 cases connected to the state, with new cases in New Haven, Westport, Bethlehem, Darien, Norwalk and Greenwich.

The number of confirmed cases in New York is up to at least 613, with at least 33 in Suffolk, 70 in Nassau, and 172 in Westchester County.

Connecticut students who are enrolled in coronavirus-closed schools will still be able to receive the school lunches to take home.
