With data Gillibrand plans another push against Pentagon

US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York is moving forward on her effort to strip senior military commanders of their authority to investigate and prosecute sexual assaults. After her proposal failed in an emotional Senate vote last week Gillibrand says she will make another push in six to nine months.  

Charles is senior reporter focusing on special projects. He has won numerous awards including an IRE award, three SPJ Public Service Awards, and a National Murrow. He was also a finalist for the Livingston Award for Young Journalists and Third Coast Director’s Choice Award.
