Malloy: State has enough salt to treat roads, some municipalities 'having difficulty'

Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy says the state has not had an issue keeping up with the amount of salt it needs to treat the roads after several snowstorms and another expected this weekend.

Meanwhile, the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities says most cities and towns in the state have used more than half of their snow removal budgets, while others have already used their entire budget for snow removal.
