New York state will help pay for several storm-damage related projects on Long Island. Connecticut homeowners with crumbling foundations are a step closer to getting some federal tax relief. Officials warn residents of storm clean-up scams. Plus, a trip to the tavern where George Washington toasted and the cabinet met!
