Lawmakers from our region worry about the future of the Department of Education. Connecticut’s local leaders say they’re not thrilled with the governor’s budget proposal. Connecticut law enforcement rally for stricter punishments for drivers in street takeovers. Plus, a conversation with the author of a new book that looks at one of America’s most significant trials.
