Water quality researchers say this was not a good year for Long Island's bays and waterways. Candidates for NY-1 took part in a debate on News12 Long Island last night. Officials say they expect to know what started the brush fire in Berlin, Connecticut by tomorrow. The U.S. Navy Sub Base in New London is now home to one of the largest microgrids on the East Coast.
