Bridgeport mayoral candidate John Gomes speaks to the press. 

Bridgeport’s registered Democrats will head to the polls tomorrow for a redo of the mayoral primary election. New Yorkers weigh in on Kathy Hochul’s performance as governor. And the police officer charged with a New Haven man’s injuries while in transport has their dismissal overturned.
