Rex Heuermann, of Massapequa Park, was arrested in the Long Island serial killer investigation. A project will measure air quality near Tweed Airport. Connecticut police will be targets of random audits after a false ticket scandal. Millions of veterans exposed to burn pits are eligible for new benefits.
