The immigrants, mostly from Venezuela and other Latin American countries, had been living in the hotel until recently, when they were told to leave the temporary shelter.

There’s still a possibility migrants from New York City could be housed at SUNY campuses. A strike of Connecticut’s largest health care workers union comes to an end. The Supreme Court upholds a law allowing Native American kids to be adopted by their tribes. And we’re taking a trip down the Appalachian trail.
