New York lawmakers are hoping to push through three bills in the State Legislature that take aim at restrictive abortion laws in other states. The Connecticut House has approved a 24.2 billion dollar state budget, a state trooper was arraigned today on manslaughter charges, and Brian Benjamin is no longer on the primary ballot.
