Governor Lamont says Connecticut residents have benefited financially to the tune of $15 million by reducing energy use by 15%. Lamont’s bonus for state workers receives some backlash, New York’s budget allows for more sewer hook-ups on Long Island, and the Department of Defense will test Connecticut and Long Island for PFAS chemicals.
