Two years of COVID

Connecticut marked its two-year anniversary of the COVID-19 emergency last Thursday. Could the state be taking in Ukrainian refugees? How the New York Assembly and Senate’s version of the state budgets differs a bit from the governor’s, and increasing biodiversity in cities might be easier than we think.
