Most Coronavirus clusters in Connecticut can be traced to restaurants, workplaces and household gatherings. That’s according to state contact tracing data obtained by The Hartford Courant.
The paper's analysis of data from the Connecticut Department of Public Health shows 69 clusters have been investigated since the ContaCTprogram began in August.
Twenty clusters were traced to kitchen staff and some customers at restaurants. Fourteen were at other workplaces, like retail stores, factories and offices.
The third highest cluster rate was found in households, with 12 clusters tied to family gatherings inside homes.
The data did not include case information for colleges or nursing homes.
