A barber gives a client a haircut in the back of his pickup truck in Freeport, N.Y. Businesses like barbershops continue to be closed on Long Island and in Connecticut in order to decrease the spread of COVID-19.

There's an upcoming decision on when schools will open in Connecticut and a regional opening in the future. We also have an update from Congresswoman Kathleen Rice.
