Connecticut Attorney General William Tong has announced an investigation into Norwalk-based Frontier Communications. Officials will look into over 1,000 customer complaints about poor voice, video and internet quality and overcharges on equipment and promised rates.

The announcement comes as the broadband company considers whether to declare bankruptcy because of mounting debt.

Frontier is also the target of investigations in some of the other 29 states where it operates.

Bill began his radio journey on Long Island, followed by stops in Schenectady, Bridgeport, Boston and New York City. He’s glad to be back on the air in Fairfield County, where he has lived with his wife and two sons for more than 20 years.
