Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of Jennifer Farber Dulos, a missing mother of five, is arraigned on murder and kidnapping charges in Stamford Superior Court earlier this month in Stamford, Conn.

Fotis Dulos is in critical condition at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx after being found unresponsive in his Farmington, Connecticut, home. He was charged with murdering his estranged wife.

Multiple news outlets originally reported Fotis Dulos was found dead. Police later said he was being treated for carbon monoxide poisoning at a nearby hospital.

Dulos was under house arrest after pleading not guilty to murder and kidnapping. Those charges stem from the disappearance of his wife, Jennifer, last year.

Police say Dulos attacked his wife, Jennifer, in her garage and drove off with her body, which has not been found.

Also charged is Fotis Dulos' former girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, and his former attorney. They’re charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Police said they helped Fotis Dulos try to cover up the killing.

The Associated Press reports that police would not confirm whether or not Dulos had attempted suicide.
