McKinney says he's got a plan to eliminate Conn income tax on those making $75,000 or less

One of two Republican candidates for Connecticut governor, state Senator John McKinney, is calling for a partial elimination of the state's personal income tax. McKinney said on Thursday that the plan would eliminate the tax on those earning $75,000 or less, beginning in 2017.
