Norwalk, Bridgeport receiving $40 million in federal grants to become more storm resilient

Federal officials announced on Monday they're giving tens of million of dollars to two cities in Connecticut to make them more storm resilient. Bridgeport is receiving $10 million and Norwalk is getting  $10 million of a $30 million commitment. Norwalk's funding will go toward the redevelopment of the oldest housing project in the state.
