Bellone official arrested for misleading lawmakers

Suffolk County's Commissioner of Information Technology was arrested Thursday over accusations he misled lawmakers about a $5 million technology deal. The charges suggest County Executive Steve Bellone was moving forward on a technology upgrade without legislative approval.
