Conn House votes to allow removal of names from the child abuse registry

Registered sex offenders in Connecticut may soon be able to apply to have their names removed from the state’s child abuse registry. The state House of Representatives passed a bill on Thursday that would allow offenders to do this after 10 years on the registry.
