Conn. ex-governor pleads not guilty on new federal corruption charges

Former Connecticut Governor John Rowland has pleaded not guilty to federal corruption charges. Ten years ago, Rowland served a prison sentence in a corruption scandal that led to his resignation. Rowland appeared in federal court in New Haven on Friday.
