NY Assembly Speaker Silver mixed on tax proposals

The leader of the New York State Assembly is non-committal about enacting the details of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s tax commission plan. Speaker Sheldon Silver says he’s for property tax cuts, but not at the expense of school spending.
