Conn. Senate minority leader urges special session to deal with Obamacare

The leader of the Republican minority in the Connecticut Senate wants Democratic Governor Dannel Malloy to call state lawmakers into special session immediately. The GOP leader wants lawmakers to change state law in order to implement President Obama’s fix to the Affordable Care Act.
