Music Interview: Norwalk Youth Symphony Says, "Thanks, Mom!"

On Sunday, May 8, Mother's Day, theNorwalk Youth Symphony presents its last concert of the season as a send-off for the graduating members, as well as a "thank you" for all their family support. This summer, the symphony will embark on a tour to three of Europe's music capitals, Prague, Vienna and Salzburg. Kate Remington talked with Jonathan Yates, conductor of the Youth Symphony, about the experience the orchestra provides for these talented kids.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
