In the late 18th century, improvisation was a key skill for any concert pianist. Tonight after 8 p.m., hear jazz pianist Chick Corea bring that spirit to Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23, with Bobby McFerrin conducting, on 91.1, 107.5, and our music stream.

Julie Freddino is WSHU's program director. She also hosts Sunday Spotlight and produces Sunday Baroque.
