Leopold Mozart told young Wolfgang and Nanerl to find something quiet to do while he was feeling under the weather in London. Wolfgang used the opportunity to write his first symphony, which we'll enjoy during our music today beginning at 9 a.m. on 91.1 and 107.5 FM and our music stream.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
