89.9 FM is currently running on reduced power. 89.9 HD1 and HD2 are off the air. While we work to fix the issue, we recommend downloading the WSHU app.
From WSHU's daytime and evening classical programs, Kate Remington and Lauren Rico give you a heads-up on some of the best music they've selected.

During our music today we'll hear how much English folk songs influenced Vaughan Williams with his Six Studies in English Folk Songs for clarinet and piano. You can also enjoy the Symphony No. 3 by Portugal's Jose Joly Braga-Santos and Mozart's Clarinet Concerto.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
