Connecticut’s Social Equity Council is being sued by at least 11 companies whose retail cannabis applications were denied. The state’s AG says M&T wasn’t prepared for their recent conversion, some police departments in the state are experimenting with different approaches to policing, and the army says its recruiting pool is shrinking.
