Connecticut abortion clinics prepare for increased traffic

Connecticut is preparing for a possible influx of people from out-of-state seeking abortions. The 9/11 victims' compensation fund has someone new in charge, Juneteenth is now an official state holiday in Connecticut, and now that the state has a budget, Lamont can shift into election mode.
