Jill Ryan is news assistant for WSHU’s Long Island Bureau. She formerly was a digital news intern for Newsday.com, as well as a news intern for WSHU. Jill is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree at Stony Brook University School of Journalism and has been accepted to Arizona State University to pursue her master’s degree in investigative journalism.
