Conn. Governor Recovers From Hip Surgery
A spokesperson for Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont said Lamont is recovering at home after a scheduled hip replacement. Lamont went to the Hospital for Special Surgery in Stamford, according to Max Reiss, his chief communications officer.
Reiss said in an email that the governor is feeling well and will recover with physical therapy.
Lamont has been briefed on the state’s COVID-19 response and will be working remotely.
