The polls in New York State have now closed. The Associated Press is calling the state for Democrat Joe Biden.

We are watching the Congressional races on Long Island, particularly New York 1 between Republican incumbent Lee Zeldin and Democrat Nancy Goroff, and New York 2 for Peter King’s seat between Democrat Jackie Gordon and Republican Andrew Garbarino.

Also, every seat in the New York State Legislature is up for grabs. Democrats need two seats to have a supermajority in the state Senate.
