New York Attorney General Letitia James is asking a state judge to order Eric Trump to testify on his father’s financial dealings before he became President.

An investigation is underway into four properties owned by the Trump Organization. James said President Trump misrepresented his wealth to obtain financing from various institutions.

James says Eric Trump has refused to answer a subpoena to give a deposition.
