Volunteers Needed For Connecticut Homeless Count

The Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness says the search is on for volunteers to help with its annual count of homeless people in the state.

On the night of January 21, volunteers will survey homeless adults and families with children. A separate count of homeless youth will occur Jan. 22-28.

In 2019, the coalition reported more than 3,000 homeless people in the state.

Volunteers can apply at www.cceh.org.

Bill began his radio journey on Long Island, followed by stops in Schenectady, Bridgeport, Boston and New York City. He’s glad to be back on the air in Fairfield County, where he has lived with his wife and two sons for more than 20 years.
