U.S. Rep. Peter King Will Not Seek Reelection In 2020

U.S. Representative Peter King of Long Island has announced that he will not seek reelection next year.

King made the announcement this morning on Facebook and confirmed it to Newsday.

King, a 14-term congressman, cites personal and family reasons for the decision. He says he wants to enjoy his retirement while he and his wife are in good health.
